When a doctor doesn’t have the ability or knowledge to help someone, they often say: “What you have is incurable” or “There’s no cure for this.”
If they’re trying to sound gentler, maybe it comes out as, “You’ll just have to manage this for the rest of your life.” What they’re actually saying is: “I don’t know how to help you.” It’s not your fault. And you don’t deserve a life sentence just because the people you’ve gone to don’t have the tools or awareness to support your healing. Yes, healing is ultimately your responsibility. And on the deepest level, you are not broken... But that doesn’t mean you’re supposed to figure it all out alone. Sometimes healing happens through your own direct inner work — following intuition, doing the practices that truly shift your state. And sometimes, your intuition leads you to someone who does have the tools to help you finally release what’s been weighing you down for years. Just because one person can’t help you doesn’t mean you’re beyond help. It just means you haven’t found the right method… or the right person. And I’ll be honest — it makes me angry when professionals, whether they’re doctors or therapists, speak with authority and finality and tell someone there’s no hope. No path forward. No healing possible. I’ve seen too many people stuck in cycles of trying the same techniques for years… only to get a little relief, a little insight… but never real freedom. When you’re using a process that actually works — one that gets to the root, down into the body and subconscious — trauma doesn’t take years to resolve. It can shift in minutes. Or hours. That’s not a miracle. That’s just how your nervous system is designed when it’s finally given the right support. And yet people are told to “manage their stress” or “cope with triggers” instead of being helped to actually clear them. I don’t want that for anyone. I want my clients to be un-triggerable. To feel safe in their own bodies. To live from a place of peace, joy, and inner strength — not chronic tension and emotional landmines. Do I think I can help everyone? Of course not. I’m not under any illusions. But I’ve done over 15,000 trauma release sessions. I’ve sat with people in their darkest moments and watched them come back to life. I know what’s possible. And I know what’s not. So if someone has told you “this is just how it is”… I hope you don’t believe them. Because it’s not just how it is. You don’t have to settle. There is a path to freedom. And you’re allowed to find it. With trust and truth, Your friend and coach, Ben ॐ Transformative Coaching | EFT & Somatic Healing |
