What is EFT Tapping?
EFT Tapping is a method of tapping with your fingertips on a series of energy points (acupressure points) on your body, while focusing on and verbalizing a particular feeling, problem, negative thought, or upsetting memory, in order to neutralize that negative feeling or memory, so that it fades into insignificance. This allows the mind to quickly let go of nearly anything - giving you the freedom to expand your positive beliefs, expectations and feelings of well-being.
Eastern healing methods like acupuncture have worked with the body's energy system for thousands of years in order to create physical and emotional health. Now, combined with the insights of modern psychology, these ancient healing arts can be applied safely and easily to virtually any emotional or psychological issue, by tapping on various energy points on the body while focusing on the symptom, pain, or troublesome thought that you wish to eliminate.
